We ship AUSTRALIA WIDE for the flat rate of $14.95 for metro locations and $19.95 for rural locations. If you have a small order of dolls clothing or small accessories, please select the SMALL ORDER delivery option which provides flat rate shipping of $8.95.
PLEASE NOTE we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Due to the size of our doll cartons we ship using a variety of couriers based on the area the order is being shipped to. The couriers used include, but is not limited to, Toll, Couriers Please, Fastway, Sendle and Australia Post.
Order Turn Around Times
As we are a boutique hand made business our turn around times are 10 business days. We aim to get your doll out to you much sooner than this but in peak periods, like Christmas, your order can take up to 10 business days before it is dispatched.
Our Return Policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on your purchase.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
* Change of mind, please select your items carefully (if within 24hrs of order being placed a re-stocking fee of $20 can be paid for a refund to be obtained)
* Item is lost or damaged during shipping
If you have a defective or damaged item send us an email at email@example.com and we will advise you of the return shipping process.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if we have approved or rejected your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. To exchange an item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer exchanges in the following situations:
* Item/s have obvious signs of use
* Item/s have been opened
* Item/s are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Item/s are made to order and customised (including Design A Doll)
To return your item, you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you of the return shipping process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s for exchange. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
